Welcome to HDI of Jacksonville! HDI is the leading organization tailored specifically for Information Technology Service and Support professionals. The Jacksonville, Florida chapter has been reactivated to serve Support Professionals in the Jacksonville Area. Be sure to check back often for updated site content!

Our Mission Statement: The primary purpose of this association shall be the encouragement and promotion of Help Desk Best Practices by actively representing the members and the Help Desk Profession at large.

To communicate and share with corporate peers the value, experiences, processes and techniques that are required of dedicated professionals working within a well run Help Desk/Support Center.

These goals shall be accomplished by: providing quality communications and educational activities to promote information exchange among members; Providing an environment in which to build business alliances; Designing and implementing strategies for encouraging active participation; Providing effective chapter management; Providing the opportunity to make connections with people of differing career paths and levels of experience in the Help Desk industry; Maintaining relations and working closely with HDI
